Site Speed and Technical SEO Audit

We saw a slight but meaningful uptick in overall keyword rankings this period, with the average position improving and more keywords moving upward than downward. While many terms are still hovering just outside the top 15, this is a positive signal that our strategy is working. With the combination of expanded internal linking, ongoing authority-building, and the fact that many of our blog posts are now reaching the six-month mark—when Google typically starts assigning more trust—we expect continued upward movement. As these initiatives compound, our near-term goal is to push a larger portion of priority keywords into the top 15, setting the foundation for stronger visibility and increased inbound leads.

Site Speed and Technical SEO Audit

From a technical SEO standpoint, things remain in excellent shape. Your technical/on-page SEO score is again at 100/100, with only one minor issue flagged across 128 crawled pages. Site speed, metadata, header structure, and internal linking are all in the “green” zone.

This strong technical base means there are no obvious bottlenecks preventing you from ranking or converting visitors. It also lets us focus the next phase of work on content, backlinks, and UX rather than chasing down technical problems.

Page Updates, Internal Links and Blog Additions

Site Redesign (Conversion-Focused Refresh)

After reviewing recent performance and feedback indicating a dip in website conversions, we initiated a strategic site refresh aimed at improving usability, clarity, and overall professionalism. The goal of this redesign is to create a cleaner, more modern experience that builds trust quickly and makes it easier for visitors to find key services and take action. The new homepage design has been completed and is currently pending client review, with a strong focus on clearer messaging, improved visual hierarchy, and more intuitive navigation.

Early updates prioritize conversion paths, credibility signals, and simplified layouts to reduce friction for users. Once approved, we’ll continue extending these improvements across core service pages and trimming underperforming or redundant pages that are not contributing to conversions or SEO performance.

Next Steps and Strategies

Continued Internal Linking Strategy (High Impact, Cost-Effective SEO)
We’ll continue expanding our internal linking strategy by systematically linking existing blog posts and service pages together. Based on an internal review we conducted, internal linking has proven to be one of the most effective and cost-efficient ways to increase Google’s trust and perceived authority of the site. Our goal moving forward is to ensure each blog post and core page contains at least three relevant internal links, helping search engines better understand content relationships while also guiding users deeper into the site. This approach strengthens topical clusters, improves crawlability, and increases the likelihood that visitors convert after landing on informational content.

Ongoing Blog Content Focused on Real Search Intent
We’ll continue publishing new blog content that answers real homeowner questions and aligns with the search intent we’re seeing in the data. Topics will remain centered around duct cleaning, indoor air quality, asthma, pets, energy efficiency, and seasonal maintenance, while naturally linking back to priority service pages. This ongoing content production supports long-tail keyword visibility, builds topical authority, and creates more internal linking opportunities across the site.

Site Refresh Rollout (December–January)
With the homepage redesign now complete and pending client review, we’ll continue rolling out the site refresh through December and January. The focus will be on improving clarity, navigation, and conversion paths across service pages, while trimming or consolidating pages that aren’t contributing to SEO performance or lead generation. These updates are designed to ensure the traffic being earned through SEO is met with a modern, professional experience that encourages calls and quote requests. Together, these efforts position the site for stronger conversions as demand increases moving into the new year.
