For email you can pick Zoho Mail Free, Zoho Mail Standard, or Google Workspace Starter. Zoho Free is $0 for up to five users, with 5 GB mailboxes and basic IMAP/POP access—but capped at five accounts and limited collaboration features. Zoho Standard runs about CAD 81/user/year, unlocking 30 GB storage, Outlook/ActiveSync support, aliases and e-Discovery. Google Workspace Starter is CAD 110.40/user/year, with the familiar Gmail UI, Docs/Meet integration and 30 GB storage—but at the highest per-user cost and an annual commitment.
